3. Service Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Custom Service Contracts
Cancellation Before Work Begins: Full refund less a 5% administrative fee.
Cancellation After Work Begins:
Within 48 hours: 90% refund
Within first week: 75% refund
Within second week: 50% refund
After two weeks: No refund, unless in exceptional circumstances
3.2 Consultation Services
Cancellation 48+ hours before: Full refund
Cancellation 24–48 hours before: 75% refund
Less than 24 hours: 50% refund
No-show: No refund
3.3 Training Programs and Workshops
14+ days before event: Full refund
7–13 days: 75% refund
3–6 days: 50% refund
Less than 3 days: No refund
4. Digital Products
Downloadable Digital Products:
Before download: Full refund within 14 days
After download: No refund (unless defective or not as described)
Digital Tools Procurement:
Refunds for third-party tools are subject to provider’s policy
Our procurement fee is non-refundable once procurement starts
We assist in seeking third-party provider refunds if eligible
5. Subscription Services
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via your account or by contacting us
Cancellations effective at the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds for unused time
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

Technical issues that significantly impair delivery
Duplicate charges or billing errors

8. Refund Timeline and Methods
Standard refund requests processed within 5–10 business days
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on payment provider
Refunds issued to original payment method where possible; otherwise, company credit or alternative method
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, please contact us. We will work to resolve your concerns or make service adjustments before processing a refund if possible.
10. Disputed Charges
Contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and a chargeback fee
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, internet outages).
